Winman Software India is conducting its recruitment drive @ SMVITM as a pool drive with MIT, Kundapura on 11th April 2019

Note: There is a change in cut off criteria –

Xth , PUC 75% and above and BE – 65% and above.

No backlogs.

Software Programmer – Products – ECE and CSE – 65% till current semester:

Job will be in areas relating to designing and development of software products. Will be trained in areas relating to programming in Microsoft .NET Framework, Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL server, ASP.NET, Microsoft VBA, Crystal Reports, JavaScript etc. and will be responsible for planning User interface, Programming in Presentation, Application and DATA tier. You will be trained in all the phases of

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Software Programmer: ECE and CSE – 65% till current semester: Job will be in areas relating to designing and development of upcoming products. Will be trained in areas relating to programming application software’s in VB.NET, Microsoft SQL server, ASP.NET, and XML etc. and will be responsible for Programming in Presentation, Application and DATA tier.

QA Engineer: ECE and CSE – 65% till current semester :

Candidates will be trained in software testing. They will be a part of software Quality Assurance process and will also be responsible for implementation of policy and procedures to reduce the ‘defect rates’ in the software. Knowledge of VB.net will be an added advantage.

Software Developer: ECE and CSE – 65% till current semester :

Candidates will be trained for administration, Design, implementation, maintenance of SQL server databases and its services. Website scripting also has to be done using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, Crystal Reports etc.

Selection Process:

– Brief pre-placement talk and power point presentation (20 mins)

– Filling application form (10 mins)

– Written Test ( 2 hours)

– Depending on the performance in the written test, Shortlisted students list will be announced within three days.

– For shortlisted candidates final round of test and interviews will be conducted at our office in Mangaluru after which the final selected list will be announced.
