Independence Day 2023

India celebrates its 77^th Independence day to commemorate its freedom. Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal Udupi, celebrated the 77^th Independence Day on 15^th August 2023 with great pride and enthusiasm. NCO Gopal Shetty, Indian Air Force, hoisted the Flag, followed by the National Anthem and Vande Matharam, sung by the NCC cadets and students of the college with great pride and patriotism. In his Independence day address, he explained his experience of participation in the war when he was joined Indian Army. He said that it is a day of immense pride and joy for all Indians as the country is celebrating its 77th years of Independence. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal, addressed the gathering and conveyed his wishes to all the faculty, staff and students. Dean, HODs of various departments, Faculty, Staff, students, NCC cadets were present during the occasion. Ms. Lahari Vaidya, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering proposed the vote of thanks and compeered the program.
