Inauguration of the Student Council – 2021-22

The inauguration of the Student Council of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, Udupi and the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected members of the student council for the year 2021 –22 were held at the institute on 24 November 2021.

Sri Shrishaila Murgod, Sub Inspector of Police, Shirva Police Station was the Chief Guest of the occasion. The chief guest honored the student with a badger. On this occasion, the guest shared some of his experience as a student leader. He also advised them not to indulge in any unhealthy activities. He guided them to remain loyal to the institute and be role models to the student community. Principal Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Shri RathnaKumar, Secretary, Sri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust Udupi, graced the occasion. The function was compared by Student Welfare Officer Dr. C.K Manjunath.
