Engineers Day Celebration – 2021

The ISTE of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management organized the Engineer’s day on 15 September 2020 in the institute premises.

Er. Gopal Bhat, President, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers and Architects, Udupi  was the Chief Guest for the event. In his address, he stressed on inculcating a few good qualities like timeliness, honesty etc in our life. He expressed his concern about the gap between industry and academia and also expressed his willingness in all possible ways to bridge this gap along with SMVITM.

Ar. Ramani Hande, ACE Technocrats Pvt.Ltd. Udupi guest of honour of the occasion cherished the early days of planning of SMVITM and complimented the management, faculty and staff members of SMVITM for their contribution in making visionary dream of Shri Swamiji to reality. She also expressed her interest to join hands with SMVITM in making eco-friendly energy saving buildings for the future.

Shri Rathnakumar, Secretary, SSVMET while delivering his presidential address complemented the coordinators of this event for identifying right persons as guest. He also declared the launching of Sir M V Elite Club for identifying and nurturing young minds towards academic excellence and also to become successful entrepreneurs.

Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal, welcomed the gathering. Dr. Ganesh Aithal, Vice Principal was also present in the dais.   Mr. Sooraj Kumar and Mr. Roshan Kotian introduced the guests.

The program began with the invocation by Mr. Manjunath S, Assistant Professor Department of Mechanical Engg. and Ms. Sowmya Bhat Asst. Professor, Dept. of Electronics and Communication Engineering compered the program.
