This training was conducted in batches for all the registered students of final year across all streams from 9 am to 4 pm.

The trainers for Soft Skills were Mr. Shivakumar, Ms. Divya for Verbal Training, Mr. Ramakrishna for Quantitative topics and James Chrisy for Company Specific preparations.

Soft skills and Communication training workshops were held by different resource persons from Ethnus consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. The trainers included Mr. Vasantha for Soft skills and Mr. Ramakrishna for Quantitative training and Mr. Madhusudhanan for Verbal training.

The training was made compulsory for all final year interested students. Though the program was planned from 20th Sep to 24th September, the training was carried out till 23rd September due to unforeseen circumstances.

While the training program was open to all 170 students across branches, 140 students attended the training program.

An MoU was signed between Ethnus Consultancy Pvt. Ltd and SMVITM to facilitate such a training program for all final year students
