CET-KEA Pre-Counseling and Career Guidance Program at Kundapur

CET KEA Pre-counseling and career guidance program was organized at Bhandarkar’s P U College, Kundapur on 3 June, 2017. The program was organized by Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal. Prof. G M Gonda, Principal, Bhandarkar’s P U College inaugurated the program. In his inaugural address he appreciated the efforts of SMVITM in disseminating the information about career and KEA process. He advised the participants to take utmost care in choosing their career.

Prof. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal, SMVITM explained the process involved in admission through Karnataka Examination Authority. He elaborated the measures to be taken during various steps of admission process like document verification, option entry, choice entry, admission, seat rejection, payment and refund of fees, subsequent rounds of seat selection.

Prof. Vasudeva, HOD of Computer Science and Engineering, SMVITM explained about career options after PUC. Mr. Kishore Kumar, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering gave an overview of SMVITM. Ms. Radhika who was the topper in PU exams in Karnataka State was felicitated during the function. Ms. Ramyashree and Ms. Shinny Melita D’Souza compeered the program.
