A session on “Empowering Leadership Skill” was organized at SMVITM, Bantakal

Basic Science Department of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal in association with ISTE Cell organized a session on “Empowering Leadership Skill” on 13 November 2021, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm in the Seminar Hall (Admin Block) for the class representatives, student coordinators/volunteers of various cells and interested students of all branches. Total 47 participants were present for the session.

Dr. Vasudeva, Professor & Dean-Research and Consultancy, SMVITM, Bantakal was the resource person for the session. In this session, the resource person explained the qualities of leaders by taking the example of “Mahabharatha” and also asked students to be the leaders with the presence of mind, to take responsibility for their team, and take their own quality decisions.

ISTE Student coordinator Mr. Bhargavram organized the program along with other student volunteers Ms. Aninditha and Ms. Ananya. ISTE faculty coordinator Mr.Chetan, First-year coordinator, Dr.Reena Kumari, and few faculty members, we re also present.
