Water conservation and rainwater harvesting awareness talk

Community club and Eco club of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal, organised “Water conservation and rainwater harvesting awareness” talk and Vanamostava on 2nd October 2018 in SVH PU College Innanje.

The program’s motto was to create awareness about scarcity of water and need for water conservation and also rain water harvesting among PU students. The program was followed by vanamostava in the SVH PU college ground.

Ms. Deepika BV, Assistant Professor, Department of civil Engineering gave a talk on water scarity and water conservation with statistics. Mr. Sunil Haldankar gave a talk on Rainwater harvesting with case studies.

Around 245 members, comprising of Principal, students and staff of SVH PU College, participated in the program.
