To be a good teacher one should have command over the subject and delivery of it and be honest to oneself and the students. By constantly trying to answer his own inner questions, a teacher should keep his inquisitiveness and urge for knowledge unquenched throughout his/her life. Every teacher should realize that teaching is a method of learning and ignite the thinking process in the students, he said.
