One day training program on Skills for Successful Life Organized by NSS unit of SMVITM

National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of SMVITM in association with Junior Chamber of India (JCI) Manipal Hill City, Manipal organized a one day training program titled Skills for Successful Life at the campus for the members of the NSS unit on 31 August 2014.

The program was inaugurated by Jc. Rathnakar Indrali, Governor, Zone-15, JCI Manipal Hill City, Manipal. In his inaugural address, Mr. Rathnakar emphasized the need and importance of such skills for leading a successful life for everyone, especially for students. He also said that it is very important that students have some goals in their life to achieve success.

Jc. Dr. Jagadeesh Jogi and Jc. Rajesh Shenoy were the resource persons for the program. Jc. Laxmikanth Beskoor, President, JCI Manipal Hill City, Manipal welcomed the gathering. NSS Coordinator of SMVITM, Mr. Nagaraja Rao proposed the vote of thanks and the program was compeered by Ms. Raviprabha K, Student Welfare Officer of SMVITM. Sixty students attended the program and they were very appreciative of it.
