Computer Science & Engineering Project: “GET CONNECTED”

GET CONNECTED

The final year students of Computer Science and Engineering Department of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management, Bantakal, have developed a website called “Get Connected” as part of their project work. The aim was to build a web application which facilitates the corporate organization to accumulate employee details, organizing in a structured format so that organization can generate the required report by documents as and when required.

The project aims at developing a website which would cater to the needs of the companies. The profiles of the employees can be easily customized as per the requirements and available resources to suit the needs. It also provides features like templates (resume builder, business letter formats, email signature), search, notice, study material, calendar and discussion centre.

The project was assisted by the Manipal Digital Systems (MDS), Manipal under the guidance of Mr. Leslie Pinto and Mr. Gautham B. This project was carried out by Ms. Anusha, Ms. Samya Saleem and Ms. Vinalini, under the guidance of Mr. Deepak Rao M, Assistant Professor, Dept of CS&E, SMVITM, Bantakal.
