Research Project Sanctioned by Karnataka Council for Technological Upgradation

Karnataka Council for Technological Upgradation(KCTU), Department of Commerce and Industry, Government of Karnataka has sanctioned Rs. 29 lakhs to establish a full-fledged Research & Development Centre in Mechanical Engineering  at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal, Udupi. This centre will develop state-of-the-art technology for process equipments required in cashew nut industries, an emerging area having societal impact. This has come as a major boost to quality education being provided at the institute.
