Paper Presentation Competition on the topic of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle Plastic”

On Saturday, 11 March 2023, the SMVITM Environmental Club organized a Paper Presentation Competition for I and II year SMVITM students on the topic of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle Plastic“. Nine teams have participated in the event and presented their project and study reports with great enthusiasm. Dr. Raja Yateesh Yadav, HoD of Mechanical Engineering, and Dr. Deepika B V, HoD of Civil Engineering, served as judges for the competition.

Ms. Vaishnavi Bhat & Ms. Nidhi Patkar of III semester Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Ms. Rithika & Ms, Shravanthi of I semester Artificial Intelligence & Data Science were the winners of the paper presentation.

Mr. Nischith Nayak welcomed the attendees, Mr. Pratham Kamath delivered the vote of thanks, and Ms. Roshini acted as the MC for the program. The event was successfully organized by Dr. Sudarshan Rao K, Dean (QA) and the faculty coordinator of the SMVITM Environmental Club with the support of team leaders and members. The Principal, Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat distributed the prize for the winners and expressed his appreciation for the organizers and the enthusiastic participants.
