Keyboard Master

Computer Science and Engineering Department in association with ISTE Student Chapter and Code Troopers Club have organized Keyboard Master 2.0 a typing competition on 8th December 2022 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM in CC-II, CC-III Lab of Main Block and Computer Lab of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Block.
There were around 250 enthusiastic participants who took part in the contest. The competition was open for all branches and years. There were 2 rounds in the competition. The participants were divided into batches and the contest was held. They were judged based on their speed, accuracy, and error hits. The second round was held on 9th December 2022 from 3.00 PM to 3.30 PM in CC- III Lab, 20 participants were selected to participate in this round.
The registrations were handled by Ms. Shrutha V Bhat, Student Coordinator, ISTE. Mr. Yajnesh, President, Code-Troopers Commitee, handled the task of coordinating the different batches. Mr. Saurabh, was the photographer for the event, Mr. Rakshith Acharya and Ms. Raksha from 7th semester CSE, Mr. Shridhar and Ms. Chandana from 5th semester CSE handled different batches of participants. Mr. Vishwas Prabhu, Mr, Vikram Girish Thunga, Ms. Shreeraksha, Ms. Suraksha, Ms. Prajna, Mr. Reon, Mr. Karthikeya and Mr. Aryan from 7th Semester CSE and Mr. Karthik Shanbhag from 5th semester CSE were the volunteers for the event. Ms. K Prathvi Rao of 5th semester CSE
helped the team in designing the flyer for the event. Mr. Chethan R, Institutional Coordinator ISTE Faculty Chapter, Mr. Deepak Rao, Faculty Coordinator Code-Troopers Committee, Mr. Raghavendra Hegde, Department Coordinator ISTE Faculty Chapter and Dr. Soumya J Bhat, HOD Computer Science and Engineering Department played a major role in the smooth conduction of the event. Mr. Shivam Kumar Sharma, from 1st semester CSE won first place and Mr. Vikram Girish Thunga, from 7th semester CSE was the runner-up.
