Webinar on “Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and IP management for start-up”.

World Intellectual Property Day is observed annually on 26 April. The event was established by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2000 to “raise awareness of how patents, copyright, trademarks and designs impact on daily life” and “to celebrate creativity, and the contribution made by creators and innovators to the development of societies across the globe”.

The institution’s Innovation Council of SMVITM in association with Entrepreneurship Development Cell is celebrating World Intellectual Property Day on 26, April, Monday, starting from 9. 30 AM by organising a webinar on the topic “Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) and IP management for start-up”.

The resource person for the webinar is Mr. Hosakere L Narendra Bhatta, Founder & CEO, Intellocopia IP Services; Registered Patent Agent, IPR Consultant, Bengaluru.

Ms. Harshitha introduced the resource person while Mr. Arun Upadhyaya, Convener of IIC-SMVITM presented the vote of thanks at the end of program.
