Talk on Enterprise Resource planning

On 11 January 2020 ISTE Faculty Chapter of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management in association with and ISTD Mangaluru/Udupi Chapter organized an Invited talk on the topic “Enterprise Resource Planning and its Application” by eminent International consultant Mr. K. Krishnamoorthy Aithal.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Krishnamoorthy gave an overview on the evolution of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and how it integrated various sectors of the industries. He gave examples of few applications where the ERP solutions were used and how it helped in improving the business. Later he briefed on how a company should adopt ERP solutions and highlighted the common mistakes not to be done before adopting ERP solutions. At the end he interacted with the faculty of the college and cleared various aspects of Business development using the ERP solutions.

The Principal of the College Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Vice Principal Dr. Ganesh Aithal, HoD’s of various departments and Faculty members were present for the talk along with the Dr. P. R. Chadaga the Chairman of ISTD Mangaluru/Udupi Chapter and other members of the organization.
