Invited talk on “Data Driven Modeling”

An invited talk on “Data Driven Modeling” by Dr. Krushna Chandra Gouda, Senior Scientist, CSIR-4PI, Bengaluru was organized on 26 April 2019 at SMVITM campus by Innovation Club of SMVITM.

During his address, Dr. K C Gouda spoke about the importance of data modeling in various fields. Focusing on weather and climate studies he gave a several examples of applications of data modeling and its uses for society. While speaking about the importance of data and its analysis Dr. Gouda has explained the significance of data procurement from various sources and its modeling to achieve more qualitative and quantitative results.

Mr.Trivikram Bhat VI Sem, Department of CSE compeered the program. Mr. Nagaraj Bhat, Assistant Professor (Senior), Department of CSE welcomed and thanked the resource person. Several faculties from various departments also attended the program.
