Employability Skills for Corporate Placements

An interactive session was held by Mr. Mahesh Bidari of Callready Learning and Development Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore. He spoke about employability skills for Corporate Placements and how children should prepare oneself better for company tests and interviews. The role of parents with regard to allowing their children, especially girls to go outside of their protective circle was emphasized. The exposure will help them becoming bolder and smarter. Equality at work and special benefits for women if delayed at work and the general welfare of all employees was highlighted. Total 50 parents of final year students have been attended the event on 31 January 2015.
