Workshop on Android App Development

Innovation club in association with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, Udupi, organized   two day workshop on Android Application Development conducted by Mr.Rajavardhana expert of I-Medita, Bengaluru for the students of SMVITM from 25 to 26 March 2016.

He addressed 44 students from across branches and semesters. During first day session basics of android were taught to the students along with framework ,building blocks of android & on second day session, details of lifecycle application, installation of android development and some application like creating the virtual android device like Android 1.5, debugging the code and gaming world under Android were explained . On the concluding day eight students groups were formed to work on different problem statements provided by the resource persons and outcomes where evaluated .

Mr. Nagaraj Bhat, Assistant Professor, CSE Department and Mr.Manoj T, Mr. Ramachandra B N and Mr. Deepak Rao, Assistant Professors, CSE Department withhelp of Shri Vishnu and Mr. Haripriya Aithal 4^th semester, CSE guided the student in hands on coding sessions.
