Train the Trainer

The Counselling Cell of SMVITM had organized a one-day workshop on ‘Train the Trainer’ on 20/01/2015 in the institute premises. In this interactive session, Mr. B S Vijay Sai, Director, Call Ready Learning Development Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru threw lime light on vital skill sets like time management, people management, leadership qualities, presentation skills, creative and innovative thinking etc. His subsequent session on ‘Self-Awareness’ facilitated the attendees to acquire in-depth understanding towards developing one’s self-esteem and in turn to have overall transformation in the personality. Later, Dr. Preethi, a Physiotherapist delivered a talk on ‘Life after Graduation’, answered many questions of graduates and engaged role-play sessions for the staff and students of SMVITM which gained a lot of appreciation. Mrs. Shashikala R, Coordinator of the Counseling Cell and team members were present during the event.
