Skill on Wheels

Skill on Wheels is initiated by Skill India, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India in association with RiiiT & Skill India, Mysore.

The Entrepreneurship organized a Skill on Wheels awareness Program on 6^th Mar 2018 for the benefit of final year students.

The main objective of this program is to reach five lakh youths in the State of Karnataka to create Skill Awareness Program among the youth, especially for final year engineering students and aid them with the available skill development schemes which can be made use for their skill up gradation.

In this program the resource persons shared the required information with reference to the government initiatives and Job opportunities.

The Principal of the institute Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Mr. Arun Upadhyaya, coordinator of the program was present during the session. Mr. Deviprakash proposed vote of thanks at the end of the program. Ms. Sowmya Bhat compeered the program.

100 students from final year engineering participated in the program obtained knowledge about skill India mission of the government of India. In this program, the resource persons educated the students regarding the various initiatives taken by Govt. of India to skill up the youth of the nation to meet global competition.
