Technical talk on “Why Software Projects Fail”

Entrepreneurship Development cell in association with department of Computer Science and Engineering arranged a talk on “Why Software Projects Fail?”.

Dr. V. Siva Rama Krishnaiah, Senior Technical Director, National Informatics Center, Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India visited our institute on 19 April 2017 and addressed the Computer Science and Engineering students on the topic.

He explained how software projects are important because of the advent in technology in Social Media, Mobile, Analytics and Cloud Computing. He listed and elaborated 12 reasons for the failure of large software projects and suggested students to be well versed with project management principles.
