FDP on “Water Resources, Geo- Environmental Challenges and its Application”

Department of Civil Engineering is organizing three days Faculty Development Program on “Water Resources, Geo- Environmental Challenges and its Application”  from 12 to 14 June 2018 in institute premises.
This FDP aims at identifying the issues by providing overview of Indian water resources, strategies to manage, usage of remote sensing and GIS in Geo- environmental studies, Ground water decline, conservation techniques, soil contamination and remedial measures, water crisis and remedial measures.
This kind of FDPs will enhance the knowledge of the faculties and research scholars. It will be helpful for identification of current issues and acts as a decision support system to take up remedial measures pertaining to Geo-Environmental Challenges.
