“Manovikasa” Awareness Drive Through Street Play at Carstreet, Udupi

Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, organized an impactful awareness program titled “Manovikasa” through a street play at Carstreet, Udupi.

The event was presented by students in association with the NSS Unit, Extra-Curricular Committee, and Civil Engineering Department. The street play aimed to engage the public directly, using theatre as a medium to spread awareness on socially relevant themes and encourage positive behavioral change.

Performed in a public setting, the act drew attention from passersby and effectively communicated its message through powerful expressions, dialogues, and coordinated performances by the students. The initiative reflects SMVITM’s commitment to community engagement and holistic student development beyond academics.
