HR Synergy Initiative – Chirunageya Chilume

A fun and recreational activity program was organized by the Department of Business Administration, SMVITM at Karunya Special School, Padukere, on 02 July 2026. The event was conducted for 38 students of Karunya Special School with the objective of creating a joyful, inclusive, and engaging environment through interactive activities. The program was coordinated by Prof. Aurin Madtha (Faculty Coordinator) and the student coordinators Dazzlyn, Ganesh, Nikhil, Rakshitha of the MBA Department as part of HR Synergy – an experiential leaning activity. The program commenced with a warm welcome and interaction session, where the organizing team introduced themselves and encouraged the children to participate actively. The students responded enthusiastically, creating a lively and cheerful atmosphere.
The first activity conducted was Musical Chairs. The children participated with great excitement as music was played and chairs were arranged for the game. The activity encouraged movement, enthusiasm, and active involvement from all participants.The second activity was Guess the Animal Sounds. Different animal sounds were played, and the children were asked to identify the corresponding animals. The activity was both entertaining and educational, helping the students improve their listening and recognition skills while having fun. The final activity was the Dance Moves Activity, where music was played and the children were encouraged to follow simple dance movements. The students actively participated, expressed themselves freely, and enjoyed dancing together with their peers and organizers.
The entire event was conducted as a recreational and engagement program rather than a competition. All participants were appreciated and encouraged throughout the session. The activities successfully created smiles, laughter, and memorable moments for the children.
