HR Synergy Initiative – Bond and Beyond: Fostering Teamwork and Leadership Skills

The Department of Business Administration, SMVITM, organized “Bond and Beyond – Building Connections, Beyond Boundaries” under the HR Synergy – An experiential learning initiative on 3rd July 2026 at Dasa Bhavana, SVH English Medium School, Innanje for VIII Standard students. The program aimed to enhance teamwork, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills through interactive team-building activities. Conducted under the guidance of Prof. Aurin Madtha, Faculty Coordinator, the event was organized by student coordinators Ms. Piyola, Ms. Sannidhi, Mr. Pratipa, and Mr. Arul in collaboration with the Management Club and Social Media Club. A total of 31 students participated and were divided into five teams to encourage collaboration and active participation.
The session featured engaging activities such as Bingo, Pen Relay, Collaborative Drawing, Paper Cup Challenge, and Balloon Balancing, each designed to strengthen communication, coordination, creativity, problem-solving, trust, and teamwork. The program concluded with the announcement of the winning teams and a Vote of Thanks, appreciating the support of the school management, faculty coordinator, student coordinators, and participants. The event successfully provided students with a fun and meaningful learning experience while fostering essential interpersonal and leadership skills.
