Industrial Visit for I Year MBA Students

The Department of MBA organized an industrial visit for I year students on 22nd July 2026 to Shri Chakra Containers Pvt. Ltd., Aruna Masalas, and Adani Power, Padubidri, to provide students with practical exposure to diverse industrial operations. At Shri Chakra Containers, students observed the manufacturing of PP and BOPP woven bags, gaining insights into production processes, quality control, and customized manufacturing. At Aruna Masalas, they learned about modern spice processing, hygienic packaging, food safety standards, and inventory management. The visit to Adani Power offered first-hand knowledge of thermal power generation, advanced technologies, and environmental management practices. Students also visited Chitralaya Art Gallery, where they explored traditional art, sculptures, and cultural heritage.
The industrial visit successfully bridged the gap between classroom learning and real-world industrial practices. Students gained valuable insights into manufacturing, food processing, and power generation industries while enhancing their understanding of automation, quality management, industrial safety, and sustainable operations. The interaction with industry professionals and exposure to live industrial environments made the visit an enriching learning experience, strengthening students’ practical knowledge and professional skills.
