Duler Technology Limited Engages MBA Students Through Campus Recruitment Drive at SMVITM

The Department of Master of Business Administration at Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, organised a Campus Placement Drive and Pre-Placement Talk by Duler Technology Limited on August 19, 2026, at the MBA Block.

Mr. Chandan Rao, HR Representative, Duler Technology Limited, led the session and provided students with insights into the company’s journey from a start-up to an international subsidiary, its technological solutions, organisational work culture, and career growth opportunities. He also explained the recruitment process, selection criteria, and key skills expected from prospective candidates.

The session included an interactive question-and-answer segment, allowing students to engage with the resource person and gain a better understanding of career opportunities in the technology sector. This was followed by personal interview rounds as part of the selection process.

Four MBA students—Mr. Arwin, Mr. Rahul, Mr. Shrishanth, and Mr. Videesh – were shortlisted for the next round of the recruitment process.

The drive provided students with valuable industry exposure and an opportunity to understand current recruitment expectations while exploring potential career pathways with a technology-driven organisation.
