AI & DS Students Win Best Paper Award at International Conference ETFI 2026

Under the guidance of Ms. Megha Rani R, Assistant Professor (Senior), Department of AI-ML, a team of AI & DS students from SMVITM has achieved a remarkable milestone by securing the Best Paper Presentation Award in the track AI-Powered Systems and Intelligent Measurements at the International Conference on Emerging Technologies and Future Innovations (ETFI-2026) held at DES Pune University, Pune from 12–14 February 2026.

The award-winning project titled “Breast Cancer Prediction using Explainable AI” highlights the application of advanced AI techniques to improve interpretability and accuracy in medical diagnosis.
