SMVITM Student Wins Runner-Up at VTU State-Level Intercollegiate Karate Tournament 2025–26 (31 Oct – 1 Nov 2025)

Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, is proud to share that Ms. Ananya Bhat, a student of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, has secured the Runner-Up prize in Kumite (Women’s 55 kg category) at the Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) State-level Intercollegiate Karate Tournament 2025–26. The tournament was held at R V Institute of Management, Bengaluru, from 31st October to 1st November 2025, where she showcased excellent skill, discipline, and sportsmanship. The Management, Principal, and Physical Education Director of SMVITM have congratulated her on this commendable achievement and for bringing pride to the institution.
