Technical Talk on ‘MEMS and 5G’

The ISTE Faculty & Student Chapters & co-curricular club of Shri MadhwaVadiraja Institute of Technology & Management (SMVITM), in association with SriDutt Technologies has conducted two separate technical sessions on the topics “Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS)” & “Next Generation Communication Technology(5G)” on 4 April 2015 for the faculties and students of interdisciplinary branches of engineering in the institute. The resource persons were Mr. Sripadaraja and Dr. Sudarshan both from SriDutt Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore. The Principal of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal; Dean (Academics) Dr. A Ganesha; faculty members and students were present for both the session.

Dr. Sudarshan highlighted the major Micro-Electro Mechanical Systems which are being used in daily life. Mr. Sripadaraja emphasized on the benefits of 5G technology.

Mr. Deepak Rao M, Assistant Professor, Department of CSE welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest. The chief guest was felicitated by Dr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal, Principal, SMVITM.
