Talk on ‘College Life Memorable or Miserable’

The ‘Counseling Cell’ of SMVITM had organized a talk on ‘College life memorable or miserable’ for the newly admitted first year students on the occasion of AICTE Induction program in SMVITM. The program was held on 09/08/2018.

Addressing the students of the , Dr. Veerupaksha Devaramane, Psychiatrist, AV Baliga Hospital gave an in-depth insight of teenage college life with audio-visual clips and many real world instances. He spoke on various problems a student usually faces in his/her teenage , its causes and feasible solutions for the same. At the end he had an interaction with the students gathered and satisfactorily answered many of their queries.

Mrs. Shashikala R, Coordinator of the Counseling Cell gave the welcome address, Mr. B.N Ramachandra, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering compered the program and Mr. Ananthesh, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering felicitated the resource person as a token of gratitude.
