PROJECT EXHIBITION AND COMPETITION

Mini Project-17, hosted by department of EC, SMVITM held on 12 November 2016, which provided a wide opportunity for pre-final year student to exhibit their talents. Around 15 teams displayed the project models.

His Holiness Shri Vishwavallabha Theertha Swamiji, President, SSVMET inaugurated the Fest by lighting the lamp in the morning at 9.30 AM. Mr.Sachin Prabhu and Mr. Krishan Kumar P were the jury members for technical events.

First prize was bagged by the team Automatic Street Light and Guard Area projection. Team members are Puthran Vishakh Balakrishan, Shetty Rakshith Sateesha, Shreyas Rakshitha Karkada and Sneha S Poojary.

Team Intruder Detection and Target System got second prize. Team members are Prajwal C Rao, Rakshith Acharya, Shubin and Sukumar.

Third prize was bagged by the team Arduino Controlled Radar System. Team members are Ranjitha M, Shemaz Parveen, Shivani and Swathi M Padmashali.

Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal presented the best projects awards. Mr.Rathnakumar, secretary of Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust, Udupi, addressing the students, said that achievements of students are the best advertisements for the institution.
