Four Days Faculty Development Program on “BEING THE CATALYST”

Shri Sode Vadiraja Mutt Education Trust, Udupi in association with Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal, in association with ISTE Faculty chapter of SMVITM organized Four Days Faculty Development Program on “BEING THE CATALYST” in the institute premises for the faculty Members of SVH P.U College Innanje and SVH Kannada and English Medium School of Kadiyali and Innanje.

The inaugural ceremony of the program was held on 15^th May 2023. The program was started by lighting the lamp. Shri Ratnakumar, Secretary, SSVMET Udupi was the Chief Guest of the program, he opined about the importance of attending these types of FDPs which throw light on recent developments in the teaching learning process and also he focused on the need of transformation required on faculties to teach current generation students he also appreciated the contribution given by the faculty members of various institutions of SSVMET. Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwar Bhat Principal of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal presided over the function. He informed  the  participants about  fruitfulness of the session on FDP and to make best use of it. Dr.Lolita Priya Castelino gave a brief prelude to Four Days Faculty Development Program on “BEING CATALYST”.

More than 40 participants from various institutions of SSVMET participated in the FDP. The program started with invocation by Dr. Manjunath, Assistant Professor(Sr)  Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Pundarikaksha Kodancha, Principal of SVH PU College, Innanje, welcomed the gathering, Mr. Nataraja Upadhyaya  Headmaster Innanje High school proposed the vote of thanks. Mr. Ananth Mohan Mallya, Assistant Professor(Sr), Department of Mechanical Engineering compeered the program.
