ENGINEERS’ DAY CELEBRATION

Engineers’ Day celebrations, jointly organized by co-curricular club and the Student Chapter of Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE) of SMVITM were held at the institute premises on 15 September 2014.

Mr. Vidur Shailendra Bhatnagar, Product Owner, SAP Labs India, Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore was the chief guest on the occasion. He gave a presentation on Engineering Innovation in Sports. As a part of the celebration, prizes were distributed to the winners of paper presentation competition which was held on 13^th September, organized jointly by ISTE Student Chapter and co-curricular club. The award instituted by the management for the best working engineer was also presented to Mr. Shridhar Moolya, Resident Engineer at SMVITM.
