CET KEA PRECOUNCELLING AND CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM HELD AT SRI BHUVANENDRA COLLEGE, KARKALA

CET KEA Pre-counseling and career guidance program was organized at Sri Bhuvanendra College, Karkala on Tuesday, 22 May, 2018. The program was organized by Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal. Prof. Manjunath. A Kotian, Principal, Sri Bhuvanendra College, inaugurated the program. In his inaugural address he told that one must come up in his life by letting go the easy comfort zone living and he added, the betterment of one’s life depends on his own attitude. He also advised the participants to take advantage of the career guidance programs to clarify the doubts and take clear decisions.

Prof. Sudarshan Rao, HOD of Mechanical Engineering, SMVITM explained the process involved in admission through Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). He elaborated the measures to be taken during various steps of admission process like document verification, option entry, choice entry, admission, seat rejection, payment and refund of fees, subsequent rounds of seat selection.

Mr. Karthik, Assistant Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, SMVITM explained about career options and the prospects after PUC, Mr. Sandesh Kumar proposed the vote of thanks, Ms. Sowmya Bhat compeered the program and the program was coordinated by Mr. Ranjith Bhat, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering.
