CET-KEA Pre-counseling process and Career guidance program at Rajangana, Shri Krishna Mutt

In today’s technically progressive world, it is a matter of pride that we the Indians are not left behind as compared to other progressed countries and we have to continue the same in the days to come as well, said His Holiness Shri Vishwesha Theertha Swamiji of Paryaya Shri Pejavara Adhokshaja Mutt after inaugurating the CET-KEA Pre-counseling process and Career guidance program at Rajangana Shri Krishna Mutt Udupi organized by Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management Bantakal. Shri Swamiji also said that it is need of the hour that Mutts need to initiate propagating Tantrajnana(technology) along with Mantrajnana. In this regard, the institution established by Shri Sode Swamiji in the name of Shri Madhwa and Shri Vadiraja really appreciable. He also wished that let all the participants get the proper guidance to get the right course in the right college through this course and thereby students to have a bright and prosperous future

While briefing about the CET process to the audience, Prof. Balachandra Bhat, Principal, Marikamba Govt. PU College, Sirsi, told that utmost care should be taken in the every step of CET seat allotment process. Prof. Bhat also briefed about first round of seat selection, care and attention with which students must choose the course and college. He also stressed on the point that, after first round of seat allotment, students will have a chance to improve the selection in subsequent rounds. He also explained about the process of seat cancellation and gave some tips to those who appeared for NEET examinations.

Mr. Venugopal Rao, Assistant Professor with the department of Computer Science and Engineering of SMVITM presented the various opportunities available for the students after second PUC and Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal SMVITM presented the facilities available to SMVITM to pursue holistic engineering education. The secretary of the college Shri Rathnakumar also addressed the gathering.
