A ZONAL CONFERENCE –“ZOOTS-2016”

Rotaract Club of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology & Management, (SMVITM), Bantakal, organized one day Zonal Conference called “Zonal Office bearers Orientation Training Seminar-ZOOTS-2016” in the institute premises on Sunday,18 September 2016.

Rtn.PHF. Shailendra Rao, DRCC, R.I.Dist-3182 was the chief guest on the occasion. During his inaugural address, he emphasized the need and importance of leadership skills like personality development and communication skills. He also urged the students to set the goals for their life. He encouraged the participants of various rotaract clubs to organize similar programs in their respective clubs and also he congratulated Rotaract club of SMVITM for organizing such an event.

Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat Principal, SMVITM, in his presidential address, told that with proper guidance and support, the students can achieve success in their life. The guest of honor, Rtr. Jayaraj, District Rotaract Representative (DRR); Rtn. Anil D’Sa, President, Rotary Shankerpura; Rtr. Raghavendra K.C, Zonal Rotaract Representative; Rtn. Ganapathi Acharya, Club Chairman, SMVITM, Bantakal; Mr.Nagaraja Rao Rotaract Club Faculty Coordinator of SMVITM; were present during the program.
