MediChain: A Blockchain-based Healthcare Management System

MediChain is a blockchain-powered healthcare management system developed by Aayush Puthran, Ankit Kumar, Kunder Lekha Mahendra, and Shaik Sohail under the guidance of Mr. Deepak Rao M. The project aims to enhance the security, transparency, and accessibility of medical records. By leveraging decentralized storage and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), the system ensures data integrity, privacy, and authorized access. It allows patients to securely manage their healthcare by viewing records, scheduling appointments, and consulting doctors through chat or video calls. The system also features interactive dashboards for efficient data and appointment management, delivering a tamper-proof, user-friendly, and modern solution to healthcare challenges.
