Report on ISTE Sponsored FDP on computational methods and FEA in mechanical sciences

A five-day ISTE-PTU sponsored Faculty Development Programme (FDP) was conducted on “Computational Methods and FEA in Mechanical Sciences” from 7th-11th July, 2014 by the ISTE Faculty Chapter. (Ex.Professor, IISC Bangalore), Dipl.(Ing.) Tilottama Shrinivasa (Director, Peach India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore), Prof. Dr. B. Satish Shenoy(Professor, Aeronautical & Automobile Eng MIT, Manipal), Dr.Raviraja Adhikari (Associate Director, R&C Mechanical & Mfg. Engg, MIT, Manipal), Mr. Jayanth (Coordinator, Peach India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore). 25 faculty from different engineering colleges participated in the 5 day event.
