Aptitude and Soft skills Classes

Every Training and Placement Officer is aware of the ever evolving dynamics of the market place. Corporates have many expectations from the new fresher hire and special focus on the enhancement of their soft skills has been given to upgrade the students skill sets and etiquettes so that they get selected not only for their technical skills but also for their social etiquettes and interpersonal relationship building skills.

In addition some Aptitude Classes for 7^th semester students of all branches was taken up as full day programs by Freelance trainer – Ekta Shetty from 9 am to 5 pm. This was taken up in 2 phases for specific branches on 3rd and 4th October 2013 for ECE and CSE and 25th and 31st October 2013 for Mech and Civil students.

This was to help them brush up their verbal aptitude. The intention of these classes was to skill up the students as many companies use Aptitude based verbal reasoning to test students for their communication skills as the first line of selection.
