Internship Training by CloudE

The department of electronics & communication engineering organized 4-week internship cum training program for the benefit of final year students, by Cloud-E, Mysuru.  Thirty-eight students participated in this program which started on 17 July 2018. Mr. Raghavendra Bhat and Mr. Mahesh Padyana were the resource persons from CloudE.

Inaugurating the program, Principal of the institute Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat said that value addition is important in technical education, which will increase the job prospects of the students. He said that a large percentage of students graduating from engineering colleges are not employable because of the lack of practical skills. Realizing this shortcoming, the university made it mandatory for all the students to undergo internship in industries or educational institutions. He also gave an insight into the various activities planned by the institution in the next academic year for the betterment of students and faculty members.
