FREE HEALTH CHECK UP CAMPS

The community Club of SMVITM, in association with Mogaveera Youth Club, Udupi, G.Shankar family trust, Udupi and K.M.C, Manipal organized one-day free health check-up camp at the institute premises on 8 October 2016.

Dr. Shamee Shastry, Doctor in Charge, KMC Blood Bank, Manipal inaugurated the camp by lighting the lamp. Prof. Dr. Thirumaleshwara Bhat, Principal of SMVITM; Mr. Raju Shriyan Vice President Mogaveera Youth Club Udupi District; Mr. Jagadeesh, President, Mogaveera Youth Club Haladi Unit; Mr.Ramesh Mogaveera, Mr.Raghavendra Mogaveera, Mr.Sudhakar Kanchan, respectively the President and memebers of Mogaveera Youth Club Kundapura Taluk;

Coordinator, HOD’s of various departments, members of Club and student volunteers were present during the inaugural function.

More than 100 people, including public, staff and students of SMVITM underwent skin, ENT and health checkup by experienced doctors from KMC Manipal.

Community club Coordinator of SMVITM, faculty coordinators, along with the student coordinators were present throughout the program.
