Workshop on “Career Mastery & Placement Readiness” – September 13, 2025

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at SMVITM, in association with IEEE and ISTE Student Chapters, organized a workshop on “Career Mastery & Placement Readiness” for third-semester AIML students on September 13, 2025, at Admin Block–AB02. The session, facilitated by Mr. Nishan H. Kamath, Director & CEO of Algo Orbit Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and former IT Lead at KVR Infinity, focused on career planning, placement strategies, and essential technical and soft skills. Dr. Mamatha I, HoD, AI & ML, highlighted that such initiatives bridge the gap between academics and industry needs. The interactive workshop helped students gain clarity on career pathways, improve interview and communication skills, and motivated them to pursue holistic professional growth.
