Students Secure Second Place in State-Level Line Follower Robotics Competition | 05 December 2025

The second-year students – Gaurav Shetty, Karthik A Acharya, Krrish B Poojari, Prajwal Moily from the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering, Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management (SMVITM), Bantakal have secured Second Place in the State Level Line Follower Robotics Competition held on 29th November 2025 organized by Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, Shivamogga. This achievement highlights the students’ passion for robotics and reflects the institute’s commitment to nurturing technical excellence through hands-on learning, problem-solving, and innovation-driven activities. The Department of ECE continues to motivate students to participate in national- and state-level competitions, further strengthening their engineering and design capabilities.
