SMVITM MBA Student & Faculty Achieve Recognition at National Seminar

The Department of Business Administration, SMVITM, proudly congratulates Ms. Rachana Shetty (II MBA) for successfully presenting her research paper at the Two-Day National Seminar on “Gender and Tribe in Contemporary India”, organized by Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh.

Her paper titled “An Assessment of the Status of Women’s Empowerment in Thirthahalli Taluk, Shivamogga District” highlights critical insights into women’s empowerment and contributes meaningfully to contemporary academic discussions.

The work was guided by Prof. Aurin Madtha, Assistant Professor, whose mentorship played a key role in this achievement.
