Shri Shri Vishwavallabha Theertha Swamiji’s visit to VTU Belagavi

The pontiff of Sode Shri Vadiraja Matha, Udupi and also founder of Shri Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management Bantakal visited the prestigious Visvesvaraya Technological University Belagavi on Monday 01 February 2021.  Shri Swamiji was invited by Dr. A S Deshpande, Registrar of the University. The Registrar and other officials of the University offered a cordial welcome to Shri Swamiji. Shri Swamiji was taken around the VTU campus to show the various facilities like Sports complex, biodiesel plant, digital farming, academic section, center of excellence etc. Shri Swamiji expressed his happiness for the state of the art facilities set up by the university and also wished that University would play a key role in preparing next generation of engineers who could make significant difference in continuously changing technology domain.

Dr. Karisiddappa, Vice Chancellor of VTU, offered respect to Shri Swamiji on behalf of the University. Dr. A S Deshpande Registrar and other officials of the University were present during the visit.
