Research Achievement: ECE Faculty Co-Authors Paper in Journal of Physics Communications

The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, SMVITM, proudly announces that Ms. Yogeshwary B H, Assistant Professor (Senior), has co-authored a research paper published in the reputed Journal of Physics Communications (Q2).

The paper titled “Length Dependent Hysteresis Phenomena in Negative Capacitance Field Effect Transistor” (DOI: 10.1088/2399-6528/ae023d) explores advanced concepts in semiconductor device behavior, contributing to ongoing research in next-generation electronic systems.

This work is a result of collaborative research with esteemed institutions including MIT, MAHE, Manipal and Gyan Ganga Institute of Technology and Sciences, Jabalpur.

This achievement reflects the department’s continued focus on quality research and academic contribution in the field of electronics and communication engineering.
