MBA Industrial Visit to Goa: Bridging Academia and Industry (Sept 17–19, 2025)

As part of the MBA curriculum, students of SMVITM undertook an industrial visit to Goa from 17th – 19th September 2025, gaining valuable exposure across three leading industries – Capricorn Logistics Ltd., Syntegon Technology India Pvt. Ltd., and Smartlink Holdings Ltd. The visit offered hands-on insights into diverse sectors, ranging from logistics and supply chain management to packaging technology and IT networking solutions. At Syntegon Technology India Pvt. Ltd., students explored state-of-the-art packaging systems for the pharmaceutical and food industries, with a strong focus on automation, sustainability, and global standards. At Capricorn Logistics Ltd., the team gained practical understanding of supply chain operations and freight management, while Smartlink Holdings Ltd. showcased cutting-edge advancements in networking products and digital infrastructure. The visit successfully bridged academic learning with real-world industrial practices, equipping students with enhanced managerial perspectives and practical knowledge relevant to today’s dynamic business environment.
