Empowering Academic Growth: Partnership with NITTE University Formalized on 29 July 2025

Shri Sode Vadiraja Matha Educational Institutions (SSVMEI), Bantakal Campus, Udupi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NITTE (Deemed to be University), Deralakatte, Mangalore. This partnership aims to facilitate collaboration across all professional institutions within the group, including Engineering, Management, Nursing, and Allied Health Sciences. Key areas of cooperation include joint research, IPR support, conferences, shared laboratory facilities, funding applications, supervision of PG/Ph.D. projects, curriculum development, incubation programs, and student activities.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at the NITTE University campus and graced by Prof. M S Moodithaya, Vice Chancellor of NITTE and GC member of SMVITM. Other dignitaries present were Sri Ratnakumar, Hon. Secretary of Sode Group; Dr. Radhakrishna S. Aithal, CEO of SSVMEI; Dr. Harsha N. Halahalli, Registrar of NITTE University; along with Dr. Bharath K Bhat and Dr. Vijeesh V, the principal MoU contacts.
